What is COEMLAC?

It is OEMLAC’s commitment to boost climate action around methane in Latin America and the Caribbean. COEMLAC was created with the aim of generating a knowledge exchange network in the region around the measurement, monitoring, reporting, planning, and implementation of actions to mitigate methane emissions in the oil and gas sector.
